Creating more than one account by the same user may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by a third party who gains access, is entirely the responsibility of the account holder. oyo77 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security.

Users must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum age required by applicable local law. oyo77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) in the form of official documents at any time deemed necessary, and access to certain features such as fund withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users must use the oyo77 platform in accordance with applicable terms and must not engage in any conduct that could harm the platform, other users, or any third party. Using the service for fraudulent purposes, system manipulation, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the oyo77 platform:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform's systems.
Creating fake accounts, using another person's identity, or providing false information during registration.
Attempting to access another user's account data without authorization.
Conducting transactions intended for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
Distributing content that is misleading, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others through this platform.

Violations of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all existing balances, with no refund obligation on the part of oyo77.

4. Transactions, Payments, and Withdrawals

All transactions on the oyo77 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is registered under the same name as the oyo77 account data. Name discrepancies may cause transaction delays or rejections.

oyo77 does not charge hidden fees for deposit or withdrawal processes made through the platform. However, transfer fees charged by banks or digital wallet providers (such as GoPay, OVO, Dana, or local banks) remain the user's responsibility and are calculated according to each financial service provider's policy.

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and may change at any time. The latest information on transaction limits is available on the relevant guide page. All withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are submitted and are subject to internal security checks before funds are sent to the destination account.

Bonus balances obtained through promotions are subject to separate rollover requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly until those requirements have been fully met. Users are advised to read the applicable bonus terms before activating any promotion.

5. Account Suspension and Closure

oyo77 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if a violation of these & Terms and Conditions is found, if suspicious activity that could harm the platform or other users is detected, or if the account is found to be involved in fraudulent activity identified by our security system.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, oyo77 is not obligated to return any balance remaining in that account. However, if an account is closed at the user's own request and no active violations are present, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable standard procedure, provided that identity verification has been completed.

Users whose accounts have been suspended may file an appeal through the customer support channel, including relevant evidence. oyo77 will review each appeal within a reasonable timeframe and issue a final, binding decision.

6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links

All content available on the oyo77 platform — including but not limited to interface design, logos, text, graphics, and software code — is the property of oyo77 or the relevant licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify such content without written permission from oyo77.

The oyo77 platform may contain links to third-party sites or services for informational purposes or payment integration. oyo77 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users who access third-party services through this platform do so at their own risk.

The oyo77 name, logo, and trademarks may not be used in marketing materials, unofficial affiliate activities, or any publications without prior written consent from oyo77.

7. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law

oyo77 provides services "as is" and does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free of technical errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oyo77 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services.

Users acknowledge that betting and gambling carry financial risk. oyo77 is not responsible for losses incurred by users as a result of their betting decisions. Users are encouraged to gamble responsibly and not to exceed their individual financial means.
